pink,black,zebraprint&25...

Finally got around to posting some of my bday pics...and forgive me for not posting too many on the happy party details..but you know they're the usual..People eating..laughing..kids screaming and hollering..i've got cake on my face...People making "to go" plates (at least here in the mexican side...lol) etc..etc..OVERALL IT WAS BLISSFULLY WONDERFUL!I had so many friends and family come and spend this time with me...I had them all say speeches (not that I "made" them..haha) for me which had my lip quivering like a child who is trying to keep from crying so mommy or daddy won't spank him...:)They all had such wonderful things to say..I felt so special and yet so small because at that moment I could feel God's LOVE all around me and it's just such an INCREDIBLY BIG feeling that you have no choice but to feel small under it's GREATNESS!

WELL, here are some pics before the "craziness" went on..which is good because I don't know what these photos would of turned out after..ha..

Since it was a Surprise bday I didn't get to create these but my sister did and well I'm just SO proud of her because she's learned very well! (I must be a good teacher!!)

This is the cake table with goodie bags..which was rather thoughtful...I had 3 cakes! That was Awesome they must of really known I LOVE Cake...strawberry shortcake. strawberry chocolate and upside down pineapple cake!!

I've said over and over that I love to SEW..right?! Well I also believe in Refashioning clothes because theres' so much in this world already ~why not use some of our own resources..
This is made from my daughters old TCP jeans and some scrap material and buttons I had lying around the house.
I did buy this top at WalMart on clearance for $1 and then cut the birdie out of fabric with my Cricut.
Don't you just love the "blinged" out look with the Converse on your little girlie?
I do! Both my little one and my oldest have a pair I've made for them, my son has some too--but they're not embellished!
This is also recycled I would say, because originally this fabric was bought for tablecloths at my babyshower this past year when I finally decided to do something with it. Made one for the baby as well as for big sister...


hers of course had lots of tulle underneath...and yes they wore them with their Converse! I did get some help in making these..you see I love Sewing but I don't consider myself a professional--at least--just NOT YET...but here soon I will be! :)

HotPink & Zebra Babyshwr!

Hi, so this is me in my 3rd trimester w/ my daughter

Arianna, and I was super-duper Excited to be having

another little girl--they are SO much fun!! So, I had to have something

that screamed "little girl" in EXCITEMENT! Therefore the Hot Pink

and Zebra Print theme came along! I had sooo much fun doing this with the help of my sis'. Ugghhh....I can't believe I didn't take a pic of the gift table!! It's super Cute..covered in Zebra Print and Pink Tulle w/ Hot Pink Satin bows tied off with a Cute lil' wooden Zebra...well if you look really hard you may be able to tell...in the back to the right of me in the picture...You have got to check out my games section...you'll really LOVE the games I make my guests play...LOL...I mean if you're not the shy type like me!! :)
