Toy Story 3 bday

First Bdays!
My nephew turned ONE and my sister decided to go with the TOY STORY 3 theme since that's whats ALL the "BUZZ'' right now.
(aren't they adorable?!)

We came up with this idea as always, for our centerpieces--this one here is one of the smaller ones. I was gonna import some TS3 svg images into my SCAL program and cut them with my CRICUT but I was a bit in a rush so paper plates seemed to do nicely.

This one here is much taller and the tissue paper is in a vertical pattern instead of horizontal like the one before. Simple yet Adorable and Extremely Decorative!

man--i'm so so XCITED!!! IF THERE'S ONE THING that xcites me alot it's when youth are on Fire for God!!
It's AMazing what one can achieve when they let God use them!! Man i
still remember my youth days...(not that i'm old or
anything..hehehe..i'm only 25--i'm still a youth!!) i remember carrying
my bright yellow backpack around the halls in highschooll--with bible verses written allover it & big letters that spelled our JESUSFREAK!! and you know what i sure did get alot of weird stares and snickers...but i didn't care...i was LIVING OUT LOUD for my GOD!!!
and u know what ? i'm so glad that when God got ahold of me...HE sure
did...He's never let go...(and u know what --He never does--WE are the
ones that sometimes do) YOu know..that we get TirEd of everyday LIFe
and we're like dang, Theres' gotta be something more...and you know
there is...Jesus..whom gave the UltimATe Price for our SalVation and so
WE may know HIM!! Everything is just better with HIM!! Now i'll be
Honest...don't believe those that say oh''when u become Christian
everything is aways for the better and there will be no
problems....lie...we still have our own struggles, trials, etc...but in
the midst of it all...God is there!! He has sent his HOLY SPIRIT to
comfort us!!! when we go through tribulations thats when we hang on to
God even tighter..i thank GOd for any problems or struggles i've had
b/c they've made me stronger, they've taught me to depend on HIM,
they've reminded me to look to HIM --incase i got off track!!! There's
so much we need to learn and apply to our lives...the way we
think...the way we feel...the way we love..the way we work...what's
really important..what bugs us...(ok one thing that bugs me is
Christians who give off the wrong picture to others and therefore we
All get a bad reputation...ine xample<..> there are those out
there that say they love Jesus,,,,but aren't showing it....yea they
love jesus but just with their words and mouth...not like God wants us
to love HIM: in spirit and in Truth, amaras a Dios con todas tu corazon, todas tus fuerzas y toda tu alma... they haven't been completely "TRANSFOrmed"
<..>and for those of you who might be...like ...is she talking to
me...No, i'm not...God Is! We depart from the things of this world,,,in
example--and people u know i don't even have to do this....swearing,
drinking...hat'n...there's just so much....but anyways despite all of
this that i'm saying God gives us FREEWIll....thats'
really to do what we want...He loves us that much that HE would never
Force us to do anything we don't want to...For those of you who agree
w/me...right on..lets keep praying' for those who need more
understanding and those who really need to beTRANSFORMED..TO MAKE IT
REAL..TO HAVE THAT RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD AND NOT THE RELIGION...(RELIGION DOES NOT SAVE US...JESUS..DOES!) my
prayer is to pray for the youth!!! cada dia se pierden mas y mas..we
need to lead them to Gods feet...LET US BE AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO
OTHERS..TO LOVE IN GOD'S LOVE..NOT TO PUSH ANYONE DOWN OR POINT FINGERS!!NO NO NO....THEN WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT US? AND MORE IMPORTANTLY GOD'S LOVE!!!

"Here I am once again, I'm in need of resurrection..." I love these lyrics because they are so true, there is no faking it, just accepting it --that sometimes we let "this" happen to us. "This" as in, we put our guard down, our "armour", we stop spending that much needed time with our Lord. Then it weighs down and you don't know what to do with it, eventhough we know we have this AMAZING, FORGIVING, MERCIFUL, GREAT GOD!! We seem to make Him "small" and forget everything HE is...If you feel this way, bow your head, close your eyes, open your heart and give it all to God, Pray that He removes all impurities and unwanted feelings, heaviness and that He replaces with HIS UNENDING LOVE AND MERCY, that His Joy and HolySpirit will abide in us...All I want to be is that Proverbs 31 woman. Someone chasing after God with all her heart to only please Him and live in His ways to be an encouragement to others and that His Name will be Glorified and Praised!! Have you heard? JBF SALE ROCKS!!

It's coming up again!! HoustonSouth JBF SALE!! The "JUST BETWEEN FRIENDS" SALE is AWESOME!! It only happens twice a year, so you better not miss it! Let me tell you why:

1. YOU CAN MAKE SOME REAL CASH!! and who doesn't need extra $$ in these times? The great part is that if you have kids, more than likely you have LOTS of stuff, clothes, toys, etc. laying around that no longer fit or get used at all...so why not bring it in? I'll tell you my real testimonial without making this up..for the FALL sale, JBF sent me a check of over $380!! That was all from my childrens clothes and toys that were no longer getting used, that if I sold at a garage sale would probably not even make half of that amount! (Now everyones' case may be different because you have to remember that it depends on how many good quality items you bring, how you price it and how much percentage you recieve depending on your consignor status..details in their home page.)


2. DECLUTTER THE HOUSE AND HAVE SOMEWHERE TO TAKE YOUR STUFF!! You fix your items, tag them and drop them off. You can either pick up what didn't sell or just DONATE it and not worry about it!!


3. SHOP AND SAVE! What better way than to kill two birds with one stone, you can take your items and make money while at the same time going shopping for your kids for GREAT items at AWESOME prices!! So alot of times I like to think about it as more of a "trading game" in which I always still come out with some extra cash! Alot of the items here are namebrand, many items that I myself might not have purchased at retail prices ( I have 3 kids--I like to budget!) i.e. Gymboree, RalphLauren, Gap, Janie&Jack, Pediped shoes and many others, It's not just CLOTHES..BUT CHILDRENS TOYS, FURNITURE, MATERNITY CLOTHES AND LOTS MORE!!

4. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY!! RECYCLE-REUSE! Alot of these items are in great if not like new condition, they just rotate hands and let others get more use out of them. Which is far better than getting thrown out or us going and spending lots of $$ on clothes that will only get used a couple of times.


5. MOMS' DAY OUT!! This one is my favorite because every year my sister and I always look forward to this. We are always consignors/barterers so we get to shop the Pre-Sale, so we get someone to babysit and we are KID-FREE for ONE WHOLE DAY!! ( Come on, you know the thought of that sounds fun!!) We take the whole day and work it to where we go out an eat, maybe get our nails done, do some shopping for us and then drop of our stuff and later that evening go shopping for our kids..without the hassle of chasing them down or having them pull on our shirts! LOL IT really is an ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE!!

we did these for my nieces 1yr bday party...I had more photos to post but they didn't show up.

I know it seems like forever since I posted on here and the truth is I have lots to post up...dresses I've been sewing, new fabric, giveaways and so much more. It's just since we switched from broadband to wireless internet..it didn't seem to go for the better... :(

I'm suppose to be saving about $25 from this switch (which is alot) but I don't know if its worth it. Sometimes it's fast and other times it's slow...I don't know why!!?? So I'm so sad I cannot say what I would like and post other things on here because trust me...my mind is just exploding with ideas!! (Don't give up on me...I'll try to keep up!!)
 Now doesn't this look yummy? sweet, sugary,  fluffy..fattening...LOL...(let's not think about the last one there...)

Finally got around to posting some of my bday pics...and forgive me for not posting too many on the happy party details..but you know they're the usual..People eating..laughing..kids screaming and hollering..i've got cake on my face...People making "to go" plates (at least here in the mexican side...lol) etc..etc..OVERALL IT WAS BLISSFULLY WONDERFUL!I had so many friends and family come and spend this time with me...I had them all say speeches (not that I "made" them..haha) for me which had my lip quivering like a child who is trying to keep from crying so mommy or daddy won't spank him...:)They all had such wonderful things to say..I felt so special and yet so small because at that moment I could feel God's LOVE all around me and it's just such an INCREDIBLY BIG feeling that you have no choice but to feel small under it's GREATNESS!

Since it was a Surprise bday I didn't get to create these but my sister did and well I'm just SO proud of her because she's learned very well! (I must be a good teacher!!)

This is the cake table with goodie bags..which was rather thoughtful...I had 3 cakes! That was Awesome they must of really known I LOVE Cake...strawberry shortcake. strawberry chocolate and upside down pineapple cake!!

I am very grateful to God for giving me this life I have --so in my appreciativeness of my life I am writing this post (I promise I'll try not to make it too long). This is to CELEBRATE my life so I've added some silly photos of me and even a "BONUS" -A VIDEO! Yes, that is me! and no, it's not to offend anyone...its just to show you one of my "many" different funny personalities...LOL! I love life and have always been a giver--hehehe---especially a giver of laughter! the will to make someone laugh, smile at no cost to me...even if its a little embarassing..and especially LOVE! For you to know that you ARE Loved is one of the most important things in my life, Love covers all things! On to my day plans for today: Zitto, Nada..IDK...I do know that I HAD contemplated a grand day to celebrate my 1/4 of a century celebration..and in my crazy desires it went something like this: a HAMSTER BALL (those things you get in and roll around in--yes like a real hamster ball just in adult size), a huge mega waterslide, a sumo wrestler arena w/ the fat suits, a boxing ring, a pool full of jell-0 or spaghetti, and lots and lots of food! Yes everyone said I was crazy--but doesn't that just sound like F-U-N?

(I'd thought I post a "pretty" pic before I do all the "crazy" ones..hahaha) anyways back to my story...so it doesn't seem like it's gonna happen b/c of the lack of that magic word "money". Gosh, "money" sure makes everything go round and round, wish we could just swap services for services..huh?
So, I told Hubby--I guess you have 5 yrs to save to make my wish come true! hahaha...I do think you should at least go out and "splurge" every 5 yrs for your birthday if we can't afford it every year...
I think I'll still have that "inner-child" in me and I definitely don't mean "in" me ...I better tell hubby that because I don't want any more kids..lol
